Abstract We report a topographic and quantitative EEG (EEGQT) study of four patients with analogic EEG diagnostics of midline foci. the new study with EEGQT offered an increased definition of the electrical source with advantages in foci localization. These findings should be confirmed with studies including a greater number of patients.
